If you find you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want you to feel free to exchange it for something you truly love, or return it for a full refund. We want your shopping experience with us to be a pleasure. This means you should feel safe using our website. To keep your transactions secure, we use the latest cutting edge encryption technology. 90 Day Returns & Replacements  

We stand behind our products and our service and you, our customer. We are very confident that our fine pearls will meet and exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us for a full refund or exchange within 90 days of your purchase. You will receive 100% of your purchase price excluding original shipping charges (if any where charged).

Returning Your Order

Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):

  1. Your Authorization Code: Contact Customer Service (contact us page) and request a Return Authorization. Print the Return Form and include a copy in your return package.
  2. Package Your Return: Returns need to be carefully packed and we recommend the original shipping boxes if possible. Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal and invoice. For security reasons, do not write "jewelry" or any other related words on the outside of the package.
  3. Insure Your Package: For your protection against loss during shipping, please make sure to insure your return package (with the FedEx, UPS or USPS) for the full value of the product and retain the tracking number for your records. Send your package to:

After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s). A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Form must accompany the returned item.

The item must be returned in its original condition and unaltered in any way. Items damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.

Items received damaged must be notified within 3 days of receipt to our offices for Return Authorization Number and instructions for the return.
