Delivery
- Complimentary insured 2-day delivery on every order.
- Someone must sign for it, so plan for someone to be home. From $5,000, the signature must be an adult's (21 or older).
- We deliver to street addresses in the 50 states and Washington, DC.
- We can't deliver to PO boxes, mailbox services, mail-forwarding companies or military (APO, FPO and DPO) addresses.
- Every piece arrives in the Unique Pearl box with a travel pouch, and you can add a gift note at checkout. Prices never appear in the parcel.
When your card is charged
When you order, your card is only authorized. A pearl specialist checks every order before it ships, and your card is charged then. We email you as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
- Return any piece within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging.
- We send you a free insured return label.
- Your refund goes out within 5 business days after we receive and check the piece.
- Pieces that were resized or engraved for you are final sale.
