One year on craftsmanship
Every piece is covered for one year from delivery against faults in how it was made: its settings, clasps and posts.
What it doesn't cover
- Everyday wear, such as a strand that has stretched or gold that has scratched.
- Accidental damage, or a pearl harmed by perfume, chemicals or a jewelry cleaner.
- Loss or theft.
Making a claim
Write to care@uniquepearl.com with your order number and a photo of the piece. A pearl specialist will tell you what happens next and send a free insured label.
